A patient presented with swelling in the left parotid region since one year. Fine needle aspiration cytology (FNAC) suggestive of salivary neoplasm. I did superficial parotidectomy, histopathological report shows adenocarcinoma (ductal) high grade with intraparotid lymph node, no perineural involvement.

Kindly suggest next management. Should I go ahead with total parotidectomy with neck dissection or post op radiotherapy and chemotherapy?
