A lady of 55 years of age , on Nebidalol 5 mg , Atrovastatin and Aspirin, for ten years and also PPI. She has been treated for Frozen shoulder RT last year by drugs and Physiotherapy for three months successfully. Now she is complaining of similar pain in left shoulder joint, and this time not responding to Physiotherapy treatment.
USG of shoulder joint shows normal bursa and ligaments ( no oedema detected) XRAY of shoulder is showing some rounded lessons. Advice is sought about XRAY of left shoulder joint. What is the treatment for this pain?
