A 24-year-old man presented in ED with a one-month history of a discrete swelling over his upper anterior chest wall. His vital signs were normal.

Physical examination revealed an immobile, non-compressible tender mass over the upper part of the sternum with mildly erythematous overlying skin. Cervical lymphadenopathy was also observed.
