A 16 years young girl with little slow in studies came for consultation for pain over chest and weakness. On investigations ESR 34 mm, MT 11mm, X-ray chest showed kyphoscoliosis and heterogeneous shadows on both sides of cardiac shadow. Vertebrae are normal but scoliosis was seen. ATT started all symptoms disappeared in 15 days.
Serial X-rays did every three months, at the end of six months, a soft tissue shadow at scoliotic vertebrae was noticed. Are these liquefied lymph nodes/ cold abscess/ paravertebral cold abscess?
