A 7 years old child, c/o blocked nose filled with secretions, sleeps with mouth open. XRAY shows a swelling in nasopharyngeal area margins are well demarcated. Child has a small soft rubbery gland on left side of neck since birth (as parents narrated).
Child has poor built and looks averagely nourished. Is this swelling is an Adenoid/ Hodgkins/TB gland?
