A 35-year-old man was admitted to the hospital after being hit on his right flank during a football match. He presented with severe flank pain and heavy macroscopic haematuria. Examination revealed a pulse rate of 100 bpm and BP of 175/105 mmHg. O 2 sats are 100% on air with a clear chest. Tenderness in the right flank was observed without any rebound or guarding.
Initial investigations show a creatinine of 122μmol/L (eGFR 65 mL/min/1.70m 3 ). A sonography of his renal tract reveals multiple cysts. What is the probable diagnosis?
