Case presentation A 26-year-old primigravida presented to the emergency department with abdominal pain and vaginal bleeding. She appeared restless but was alert and oriented. Physical examination Advanced gestation noted Ultrasound revealed fetal biometry consistent with approximately 21 weeks and five days.
