Case Presentation A 67-year-old woman presented with a 2-week history of vaginal bleeding. She had a history of two full-term vaginal deliveries and experienced menopause at 47 years. She reported no history of miscarriage, abortion, or malignancy. Two years earlier, she had undergone abdominal and pelvic computed tomography (CT) for an unrelated indication.

CT Findings From 2 Years Earlier No abnormalities of the uterus, cervix, or regional lymph nodes Multiple hypodense lesions measuring up to 29.7 mm in both hepatic lobes Lesions were interpreted radiologically as benign hepatic lesions, including possible adenomas Pelvic Examination at Admission An endocervical polyp was found protruding through the cervical os.
