A 16-year-old male presented with a lesion on his right eyelid . However, his vision was unaltered and he had no systemic complaints. His previous medical history included eyelid eczema , but he did not suffer any trauma to the site , had no history of recent travel and outdoor exposures .

A 7-day course of oral clindamycin and tobramycin-dexamethasone eye drops failed to cure the lesion.
