A 27-year old male is suffering from severe right shoulder pain from the past 3–4 months. The pain is continuous with no preceding trauma. The patient was on systemic steroid treatment for ankylosing spondylitis for 4 years. Range of motion testing for shoulder joint revealed 80° forward flexion, 60° abduction, 20° external rotation, and internal rotation, all with exacerbated pain. MRI images are provided.
