A 33-year-old female presented with severe right knee pain and bilateral hand pain with morning stiffness. X-ray and power doppler were normal, no signs of synovitis and erosions. ESR was raised, CRP normal, RA factor negative, ANA negative, anti-CCP positive. She was planning for pregnancy, tab sulphasalazine and steroids were was started with dramatic relief.
She underwent ART followed by birth of a baby girl. During the entire pregnancy, she was symptom-free and she was advised not to take medications. Repeat RA and Anti CCP both were negative, right now she is not on any medications with occasional symptoms. What can be the diagnosis for such clinical condition?
