Dear friends what about diarrhea with accidental ingetion of Kerosene? A 3 years old child who remained stable upto 4 days in Hospital and discharged home . Next day presented to us with 6-8 episodes of loose motion with Dehydration. Frequency is reduced by next day but even after 4 days its persisting .

Routine Microscopy of stool ,rotavirus screen -Negative , CBC- Normal. Any clue about diagnosis and management? Is it be related with kerosene ingetion presenting so lately. Thanks
