I just finished reading dissenting diagnosis, the book written by Dr.Shukla and Dr.Gadre. Agree with all the research done. Lab and practitioner commission connexion,unnecessary surgeries,no surgeries done,defiant state councils, agreed to all of them. But my question is " whether it will clean the mess"? We should detest it,oppose it..but bringing it to public domain before bringing it to discussion in professional bodies or reporting it to medical council for action.
Are the authors justified in adding to the confusion already existing in society? Still book is definitely reflective of present day occurrences. Each practitioner needs to read this book as well as every IMA needs to hold a debate based on things given in the book.
