A boy of 32 years, developed DM 8 years back, now bodywt of 33 kg, on low dose insulin H 8 iu TDS and insulin glargine 10 iu hs. With this dose sometimes goes in to hypoglycaemia. Bil cataract surgery done four years back. With out insulin his blood sugar are in range of 400 mg to 450 mg. Now from last six months he has developed Rectal in continence in form of, he passes stool in bed in night sleep. He has to use plastic sheet over bed to avoid spoiling everyday. From this autonomic neuropathy he is very annoyed.
