They say DNB can join as faculty after one year SR ship in medical college hospital. Now, new judgement has come that DNB has to do three-year junior residency then one year as SR in the concerned department. Why there is an imbalance between DNB and MD, a lot of confusions sometimes?

Can anyone give clarification on this?
