A 30 years old male inflicted his abdomen ten times with a knife. From three stabs momentum was coming out.There were multiple stabs in stomach through and through; stomach was opened by enlarging wounds and lesser sac was also opened to check posterior wall; all wounds were stitched. There were multiple tears in small gut mesentery which were stitched; adjoining mesentery haematomas were small size.

The patient's recovery was good. What are your opinions on this?
