According to the 2014 amendment of PC PNDT rules, filling of each column of form F for every ultrasound done on a pregnant woman is absolutely essential along with the declaration of pregnant woman and doctor. Please suggest whether we should continue filling form F during folliculometry for infertile patients, or should we stop the practice as per the amendment?
