A very interesting Case Study that I would like to involve all experts for a discussion: A 6 year old girl child walks into the clinic with her mother complaining that her daughter occasionally complains of mild abdominal discomfort especially while drinking morning milk or sometimes food. One or two times in past two years she had nausea or vomiting. All symptoms however were self-resolving. There was no other major complaint. Such episodes are not more than 3-4 times in a year.
Her pediatrician had conducted thorough clinical exams and relevant lab tests such as CBC, LFTs, KFTs, Iron, Urine, Stool test and there was no major deviations observed.
