I will like to congratulate all my doctors friend on this forum a very very happy Doctors day. I had always been an optimistic person and will remain so. But want to ask you - Is there anything left to celebrate for the medical profession.We have plenty of laws against the medical profession which has put the fetters in the hands of even conscientious doctors. Latest is Clinic establishment act and in UP the doctors are observing it as black day and all medical establishment will remain closed in Lucknow.
Since health is a state subject UP is one of those states who is implementing this act. The more you tie the hands of doctors through these laws the more the community is going to suffer.The law is blind and doctors instead of treating the patients will be more interested in saving their skins.
