My Respect and Salute to all medical and health fraternity. During my first thought of writing this article, word come to my mind was under or over utilized but based on my experience in community health since last 11 years most appropriate word clicked to me is Mal-utilized (very close to malnutrition), I will further elaborate on this word by citing example from my services in government for 7 years extending from serving at remote PHCs and my wife's present circumstances.
