In this internet era, accessibility to medical information has become easy for people. My few clinician friends shared that now-a-days it has become very difficult to handle at least those patients who themselves or their attendants know how to use internet. Before coming to the doctor they collect information from the internet and sometimes it appeared that they are testing the doctor in diagnosis and treatment. So that is how doctor-patient relationship has been altered from the past. Instead of accepting medical advice, they ask questions or argue giving impression to doctor that they are also aware of treatment.
