Studies have shown that administration of Low-Dose Aspirin to pregnant women at high risk for Preeclampsia helps in reducing the risk of Fetal Growth Restriction , Preeclampsia and Pre-term Births (PTBs) . Results from another trial revealed that Low-Dose Aspirin is associated with reduced rate of spontaneous PTBs in healthy, nulliparous women. Despite the promising results, American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists do not recommend the use of Low-Dose Aspirin to prevent spontaneous PTB .
