A 25-year-old married female of authentic built having no child, from the lower middle-income group, educated up to intermediate developed withdrawal, loss of interest in household work, unsteady gait, alteration in quality of voice after a brief episode of vomiting of unknown origin lasting only for 2 days, 2 years back with the gradually progressive course. No h/o fever or trauma to skull. For last 15 days, she is not sleeping well, talks irrelevant and laughs without reason occasionally. Her talks are incomprehensible due to change in voice quality. Also she developed incontinence of urine.
