37 year old male patient non hypertensive, non diabetic, not on any medical treatment presented with - Cholesterol 376 - Triglycerides 750 - Hdl 48 occasional smoker and drinks alcohol occasionally. He is also having raised conjugated Bilirubin 1.4 from last 1 week and normal liver enzymes with normal Ultrasound abdomen. Last year had one episode of Acute pancreatitis.

Bilirubin raises after taking statin or fenofibrate. What is the treatment required in this case?
