A 75-year-old female presented to the emergency department following a collapse at home. She has no recollection of the event and appears very confused. She has a history of HTN and osteoporosis and takes regular medication for it. O/E: Routine observations were normal. Her Glasgow Coma Score (GCS) was 15 and Mini-Mental Test score 6/10. She has mild left-sided limb weakness that appears to be resolving.
