A patient aged 24 years , married since 2 years, with normal menstrual history, started complaing about severe dysmenorrhea since 8 months. USG done showing ovarian cyst of 10cm. Surgery performed,right ovarian cystectomy with right salpingectomy due to adhesion.

Histo-pathology showed hemorrhagic cyst. After 2 months of surgery,follow-up USG ,showed 3-multilocular hemorrhagic cyst on the left ovary of size 2.5cm,2.7cm,3cm respectively. Please advise on further management.
