A 70 year old patient presented with necrotising fasciitis of right lower limb, repeated debridement were done,wound is healthy. Laboratory parameters are within normal limit. Patient started complaining of dyspnoea.
Examination revealed rhonchi and wheeze, normal chest x-ray, D Dimer -normal, USG done - no DVT, no history of similar episode. ABG shows respiratory alkalosis. What should be the probable manamgement?
