Mrs S K of 80 years, in good health. I am treating her for 25 years now struck with dyspnoea. History: Neuritic pain over rt sided teeth and rt face 25 years on carbamazepine and phenytoin and clonazepam. Hypertension 10 years on Amlopress and diuretic Dyspnoea/B asthma 5 years on Salmeterol/Fluticasone inhalation anti allergics Montelukast.
joint pain knees shoulders neck and back joints on steroids indomethacin, Risedronate Sodium, calcium, vit D etc Blood tests normal X-ray chest --rt hilum show long shadow and mild cardiomegaly CT brain lacunar infarcts and age-related cerebral atrophy. CT chest done in 2011 -13-14--15 all normal.In 2013 once it mentioned non-specific granuloma. But next years NAD. Now lady is fed up with dyspnoea and joint pains Kindly suggest any further treatment any system of medicine.
