V K C is corneal dystrophy, it is an independent entity and not related to conjunctival lesions. Dystrophy manifestations in V K C are S P K epithelial corneal erosions, corneal vascularization, superficial deep corneal dystrophy, true arcus, Senlis, delayed dystrophic manifestation produce marked changes in the curvature of the cornea, even up to the degree of keratoconus.
keratoglobus limbasis shows trans dot or spots which are composed of disintegrated epithelial cells and eosinophils cystic spaces, limbal depressions, pseudo pterygium.
