My patient is a 60 year old male, nonsmoker, nondiabetic, no hypertensive. He had acute M.I. And stent was put in LAD before 11 years. Asymptomatic for all these years. Had mild dyscomfort before 8months, angio.
was done and 4 drug eluting stents were put as there were multiple blocks. His ECG was absolutely normal after procedure. Now he is on betablockers, antiplatelet agent, ACE inhibitors and statins. Asymptomatic but on routine check up ECG shows 'T'wave inversion in leads aVl and V1 to V4 . What would be the significance of these changes and what therapeutic advice should be given?
