IADVL, Indian Association of Dermatologists, Venereologists and Leprologists (IADVL) has in place a massive initiative to make the medical community and public aware of the perils of the abuse of topical steroids and their combinations. It is a well-documented fact that most non-dermatologists do not have adequate knowledge or nuances of prescribing steroid creams. The initiative is called ITATSA.
