Since last decade incidences of assault on doctors are increasing tremendously and that causes serious hampering of health care systems. Doctors are working in pressurized condition and ultimately it affects their performance. Government has to take steps to prevent downgrade of health system and should make necessary provisions in legal system that can prevent assault on doctors. At present many states like Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh has their own ordinance to prevent assault on doctors but it seems to be ineffective, then definitely Govt.
