Emilia Clarke well-known for her character, Daenerys Targaryen, from the famous TV series Game of Thrones, recently revealed that she underwent two life-saving brain surgeries to treat SAH. She experienced the first aneurysm in 2011 after she repeatedly complained of severe headache and collapsed. Doctors diagnosed that Emilia had subarachnoid haemorrhage (SAH). Statistically, a third of sufferers of SAH die immediately or soon after they experience SAH. In her narrative, Emilia mentioned that after the surgery, she became fragile and went into aphasia where she could neither communicate nor recall her own name.
