For caesarian operation we, Anesthesiologists give an injection at lower back, which is called spinal Anaesthesia which causes paralysis of the lower part of the body, for that patient does not feel pain or discomfort during operation. This Anaesthesia has increased the safety of the mother and directly contributing to decreasing in Anesthetic related deaths of the mother. In 2012, I had given her the back injection for caesarian in the hospital. But unfortunately, after two years she had severe back pain followed by weakness of leg.
