Oral antibiotic of choice for diarrhoea in 1 month old baby ?

I know in diarrhoea patients less than 3 months old ,parenteral ampicillin+gentamicin / ceftriaxone SB is usually given What about oral antibiotics ?Colistin sulfate nephrotoxic ? Please help
