2 year old male child got admitted and treated as viral encephalitis.After 3days of admission patient improved in terms of sensorium and hemodynamics but has developed bilateral choreoathetoid movements. MRI at time of admission shows bilateral asymmetric basal ganglia and cortex involvement with encephalitis.
