About 43 yrs old female patient had endometriosis since  25 years of her age had multiple surgeries for post caeserian  section adhesions. Operated for total hysterectomy with bilateral oophorectomy 3yrs back. Presently again having pain in Ltd lumbar region. Consulted urologist.

Ureteric fibrosis! Was detected. My question is open to all what are the possible modalities of treatment of such cases.
