A 34 years old man of average built and averagely nourished, CIO Blood in coughing once in the night of 8-12-17, a little in the today morning, and massive amounts in today's evening. WBC count is normal. X-ray chest is posted, showing LT apex completely hazy (muscle or lymph node shadow CA apex) and Lt CP angle is showing very little fluid and Lt hilar shadow is prominent.
The patient told that there is the feeling of palpitations first then blood appears in a cough. Hystery of weight loss, patient cannot decide. What is the cause of hemoptysis?
