A patient came with a problem of myoclonic seizure before 15 days and at the time of the episode,  Patient's moved back. Now patient is having tingling in fingers and muscle cramps anywhere in the body. Calcium is normal. I've prescribed Divalproex 500 mg and tab.

Clobetasol Topical + Miconazole Topical + Neomycin Topical 10mg or Vit D3. After two months, the patient said that he got a little relief in the brain but tingling and cramps are continuing. What should be the reason?
