One of our clinic assistant 19 yrs old k/c of epilepsy, recently had 2 break through seizures. she had 2 break through seizures 3 months apart without much trigger. She said her neuro increased her levetiracetam to 1500 mg twice a day and she is not taking the side effects well.

Any advice?
