I always wonder how ethical it is to practice other fields of medicine beyond ones specialisation just on the basis of some courses, like BDS doctors practicing Aesthetic medicine, or Radiologists doing Hair transplant. Is it ethical, moral.

Does doing a few courses teach us management of all complications one may encounter.
