64 year old male with testicular mass since 2 months now presents to Opd. He also has abdominal mass (retroperitoneal). No significant past history. No h/o fever, weight loss, loss of appetite.

How will you evaluate this patient? What are the DD"s? I shall update the reports as I get it.
