In the dental and medical college of the same organisation, a surgeon taking classes of general surgery of third year BDS students. Theoretically, Dean of both colleges medical and dental agree to pay some extra money to the clinical side faculty of the medical college who are taking classes of BDS course but management (owner) is not ready for the same. What is the status of other medical colleges?
