Evidence-Based Medicine — what if evidence is deceptively produced one? Yes, it is happening.. In every branch.. People with thousands of case Experience — don’t have time to make articles according to pro formats... Ethical committee consents, pilot studies etc etc  People with a meagre interest in the subject, very Less experience — are cooking articles for PROMOTIONS as Associate Professors, Professors, Thesis, some other benefits, etc. Isn't it true?

The truth will always be bitter ... I don’t want to comment on anyone — But this is giving scope for WRONG CONCEPTS  to creep in and fix in young minds. Articles should be interpreted, only after applying our own Clinical experience  to that article. Need not go blindly with Books, Publications, Articles, consensus, guidelines etc. Share your opinion.
