53 years, Business woman, undergone Appendectomy in 2008, Hysterectomy in 2010, Removal of Rt ovary in 2016, due to infection and pain in Rt iliac fossa and Rt deep pelvic area. No Biopsy details available. During all these operations she developed piles and fissures in ano, keep on bleeding per Anum on straining for defecation. No DM, No Hypothyroidism, looks pale, anemic, pain in Rt iliac area is still continuing on physical exertion.
Recently she developed black bar like line over Right Big Toe Nail. She is worried about this line. Please explain... How can we manage further?
