Irritable Bowel Syndrome is a GI disorder characterized by a group of symptoms such as cramping, abdominal pain, bloating, diarrhea, and constipation. It changes the pattern of bowel movement without any specific cause. IBS has a considerable negative impact on quality of life. People carrying IBS often suffers from disorders like anxiety, depression, and chronic fatigue syndrome.
