Sitting on the fence MCI is not playing with full deck. MCI still lacks transparency and putting wools in others eye. The RFID is for example being boasted for last so many years to apply in all medical colleges around is still far from reality. Traditionally harassment of faculty by MCI inspectors is still on. Checking of documents during inspection, putting faculties in long queues carrying their testimonials bag by their side.
Why not MCI develops a records of faculty with their bio-data, declaration and testimonial records online beforehand and during inspection check them online and get their presence verified digitally online. MCI is not adopting this and delaying RFID deliberately to flash in the pan. What is your opinion regarding this? What should be done to control this situation by MCI?
