A major credential fraud investigation in Madhya Pradesh has raised serious concerns about hiring and verification processes within public healthcare services after authorities uncovered a network of individuals allegedly practicing medicine using forged MBBS degrees and falsified medical council registrations. The case first came to light in Damoh, where three doctors working under the National Health Mission at Sanjeevani Clinics were arrested. The accused, identified as Dr. Kumar Sachin Yadav, Dr. Rajpal Gaur, and Dr.
Ajay Maurya, had reportedly been practicing in government facilities for more than two years before the alleged fraud was detected.
