This third-generation trifocal lens, already used globally, integrates CoPODize™ technology for balanced light distribution and a double C-loop haptic design ensuring stable capsular bag placement. Developed by Christophe Pagnoulle and Dr. Damien Gatinel, the lens supports clear distance, intermediate, and near vision , minimizing visual disturbances.
The approval follows a successful U.S. clinical trial (NCT04176965) demonstrating favorable visual outcomes and patient satisfaction. A phased rollout begins late 2025, with broader availability in 2026, coinciding with the AAO 2025 debut in Orlando.
