A patient who had CAHD undergone TMT and highly positive and CAG and most of the vessels were blocked and referred for CABG. This patient aged 55 years had lipid profile very low but increased platelets, Fibrinogen and Lipoprotein A. This case is an example of other factors like platelets, Fibrinogen and Lipoprotein A to be assessed along with lipid profile. A patient who had left sided hemiplegia had carotid Doppler showing narrowing at multiple sites especially in Right Carotid and also Fibrinogen increase and platelets.
